Twenty three years ago on April 19, 1995, 168 innocent people were killed by a truck bomb detonated by a fellow American. Today, Oklahomans gathered on the Outdoor Symbolic Memorial to remember those who were killed, those who survived and those changed forever for the 23rd Anniversary Remembrance Ceremony.

–Billy Graham
This quote could not be more true than it is today. Oklahoma City stands as a testament that love always overcomes hate.
