Family members Diane Leonard and Doris Jones discuss the steps that led to the the passage of the Anti-terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996. This important law limits the abuse of death row appeals. Jones also discusses the importance of working through proper channels to effect change rather than using violence.
