Safe Haven was a facility set up in both Oklahoma City and Denver during the trials for family members and survivors to receive hospitality and counseling services.
At A Place of Comfort, Hospitality and Respite, located outside the Federal Aviation Administration Auditorium, victims would find friendly faces offering support. Project Heartland counselors, clergy, mental health professionals and other volunteer staff were on site each day the trial was in session providing refreshments and most importantly, a friendly, listening ear.
