Charlotte Andrea Lewis Thomas, 43, had worked for the federal government for 17 years. For the previous three years, Thomas had produced the Black Awareness program for the Social Security office. Thomas graduated from Douglass High School and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University.
