A “wonderful Christian wife, daughter and sister” is how her family described Ronota Ann Woodbridge. Woodbridge, 31, of Edmond, was a pavement materials engineer with the Federal Highway Administration. She and her husband, Gary, had been married eight years and were members of Edmond Church of Christ. Woodbridge was a graduate of Abilene Christian University.
