The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum along with the University of Oklahoma (OU), University of Central Oklahoma, the University of Tulsa and the Dart Center for Journalism and Trauma, commemorated the centennial of the Pulitzer Prize, one of journalism’s highest achievements. At OU this morning, Memorial Executive Director, Kari Watkins introduced a Memorial video about journalist and two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Anthony Shadid. A native Oklahoman, Shadid covered the impact of conflicts and terrorism around the world. Shadid was also a winner of the Memorial’s Reflections of Hope Award.
