Scott D. Williams of Tuttle, Oklahoma, was making a delivery to the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building when he was killed in the bombing. Today, June 3rd, would have been his birthday.

This hat was left on the Fence in memory of Scott D. Williams. Scott played shortstop and second base, and his Tuttle High School baseball team won the state championship in 1988.
